    Tyler Heun has extensive experience working with merchants to set the future direction for their business and solve some of their most challenging problems through payments innovation. As Director of Strategic Partnerships and Sales at Checkout.com, he collaborates with some of the world’s most sophisticated businesses to optimize and scale their payments at the global level. Tyler started his payments journey in 2011 when he joined J.P. Morgan.  Holding various roles in Treasury Services, Commercial Banking and Merchant Services over a 10 year span at J.P. Morgan, he worked exclusively with Fortune 100 Tech, Streaming Media and Gaming clients.  In 2020, he joined PayPal as Director of Global Accounts managing 6 of their most complex partner and merchant relationships.  Recognized for his ability to build strategic partnerships, Tyler brings a wealth of knowledge and connections to the payments and fintech space.

    Liz is the Head of Strategic Partnerships at CMSPI a global consulting and technology firm focused on making payments more productive. Liz leads global supply chain payment partner relationships and supports merchant client payment strategies to help merchants improve transaction productivity and optimize customer paying experiences. Prior to joining CMSPI, Liz was at Amazon.com where she led strategic payment acceptance initiatives for alternative payment method acceptance, managed global acquirer relationships, and led U.S. federal payments and financial services policy. Liz has extensive policy experience in payments, financial services, emerging technology, data security, and business profitability. Liz has held senior policy and industry affairs positions at the Merchant Advisory Group, National Restaurant Association, and the Food Marketing Institute.

    Michael Hursta is a Managing Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) leading merchant payments strategy within PwC’s financial services transformation practice.  Prior to PwC, Michael led US payment acceptance at Amazon and was the global general manager for gift/loyalty solutions at First Data.  He resides near Denver, CO.

    Steve is a member of the Global Payment Performance team at Stripe responsible for working with the various product teams, key clients and prospects, conducting webinars, and representing the company on industry associations.  He is the former Head of Google Pay BD – PSP Partnerships responsible for driving the program and partnerships to support acceptance online and InApp globally.  In less than three years GPay onboarded over 150 PSPs globally supporting hundreds of thousands of merchants and hundreds of millions of transactions.  Steve has over thirty-five years of experience in products and services related to the financial services industry in payment processing, data security and authentication at a variety of companies including VeriFone, CyberCash and CyberSource. He has spoken at dozens of industry conferences on topics such as Card processing, Fraud Screening, Authentication and Alternative Payment Types, etc. Steve is a member of the Merchant Risk Council’s NA Advisory Board and was a five term member of the Board of Directors of the Electronic Transaction Association (ETA)

    Denise Lindstrom has over 17 years of experience with Expedia Group, and is currently a Global Payments Manager of Operations. Her team is responsible for the end to end operational success of payment transactions within the EMEA region, partnering with technology, partner, vendor and program management teams to support the Expedia Group brands.

    John Aglialoro joined Verizon in 2016 and leads Verizon’s Payments Strategy, Partnerships and Check Processing Operations for the Consumer & Business segments. His team is responsible for developing the multi-year merchant payments strategy roadmap for Verizon, managing relationships for 50+ payments partners including card association networks, processors and digital partners. In addition to payments strategy, John also manages the national operations for check remittance processing centers for Verizon.

    Prior to joining Verizon, John held leadership positions at MasterCard, American Express & GM across market development, strategic partnerships, marketing and finance.

    Karla Hensley has been in the Card Payments industry for 15 years+ serving in various leadership roles with Issuers, Acquirers and large e-commerce merchants. She is currently a Senior Manager leading the Payment and Fraud Operations team for Pinterest. Her focus is on global payment expansion, continuous process improvements that enhance the customer experience and Fraud mitigation.
