Robbie spearheads digital payments optimization efforts at CMSPI, with a particular focus on mitigating fraud and enhancing customer experience through payments. He is heavily involved in merchant advocacy within the industry, having led and supported efforts in regulatory working groups across initiatives like PSD2 in Europe and RBA payments regulation in Australia. Now based in San Diego, he is currently representing the merchant community in Agentic Commerce working groups such as Google's AP2 and Basis Theory's ACC.
