Matt Leman is the Head of Partnership Initiatives for J.P. Morgan’s payments business. In addition to being responsible for strategic partnerships, he is also a strategic advisor for the firm’s government, higher education, healthcare, non-profit and insurance segment. J.P. Morgan Payments is the global payment acceptance and merchant acquiring business of JPMorgan Chase and a leading provider of payment, fraud management and data security solutions. Matt has more than 27 years of financial services experience. He has been a featured speaker at many industry events including PaymentsEd and Treasury Institute conferences speaking about PCI compliance and data security as well as emerging payment trends such as contactless acceptance. Matt earned a bachelor’s degree in business/economics and Spanish from Wheaton College and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He resides in the Chicagoland suburbs with his wife and two sons.
