Karim Bishara is a Director of Product at Ethoca, a Mastercard Company, where he leads strategic initiatives to enhance merchant and issuer engagement, streamline operations, and address challenges in payments, disputes, and fraud. Since joining Ethoca in early 2014, Karim has held various customer-facing roles, working closely with both merchants and issuers to drive success. He previously led Ethoca’s award-winning Global Customer Success team, a highly skilled and diverse group dedicated to providing personalized frontline support and training to Ethoca’s global customer base post-implementation. With a strong background in customer experience, Karim’s responsibilities include people leadership, training, operational scaling, and ensuring Ethoca delivers world-class service to its customers worldwide. Karim lives in Toronto and is an avid fan of Paris Saint-Germain.
