Aashish Bhargava is Vice President, Merchant Solutions with Visa Inc., based in Foster City, CA. He is responsible for driving business plans and strategies for the fastest growing channels – eCommerce and Card Not Present, and evolving the acceptance channels and solutions to address innovation products and services
Sara Craven joined Verifi in 2009 and serves as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. As COO, Sara is responsible for all operations including client relations, business operations, human resources and all legal affairs. Verifi was founded in 2005 to help merchants effectively manage the payment challenges they face every day.
Jim Egbert joined TSYS in 2014 and currently leads the Strategic Account Management Team. Jim’s background encompasses 20+ years of executive experience in business development, M&A, strategy, sales, marketing and operations. Jim’s areas of focus are manufacturing, engineered solutions, wireless communications, CRM, SaaS, and big data analytics.
Pia Feliciano has over 20 years of experience in payments with the past ten years at Discover Financial Services. She is a creative and innovative thought leader able to tackle challenging situations and come up with new and unique solutions.
Julie Fergerson, Senior Vice President of Industry Solutions at Ethoca, is one of the industry’s foremost experts on Internet payments fraud. Fergerson has over 20 years of experience in the online payments and fraud management industry and holds patents for secure transaction order management processing and preventing fraudulent electronic transactions.
For over four years, Laura has led one of the e-commerce relationship management teams at Vantiv. Prior to Vantiv, she held leadership roles at Nasdaq and WGBH Boston. In her spare time, she enjoys running marathons and describing live theater for the visually impaired. She lives in Ayer, MA with her husband and twin daughters.
JJ Kieley is the Vice President, Payment Consulting Group, US and LAC. The Payments Consulting Group (PCG) is responsible for providing payment processing technical expertise and consulting to American Express merchants, third party processors and payment service providers.
As a member of the PCG organization he is responsible for partnering with merchant-facing, product development and technical organizations within American Express to develop and deliver payment-related solutions for the US and Latin America. These solutions are primarily focused on payment security solutions (e.g. EMV and Safekey) and emerging payment solutions (e.g. digital wallet, in-app and tokenization).
Marc Hollander is the Managing Director, Ingenico North America Operations. He supports Customer Operations for Ingenico including Merchant Services, Boarding and Implementation . For the past 15 years, Marc has managed subscription billing, payments, collections and billing customer care for industry leaders such as AT&T and Asurion. His responsibilities have included setting strategy for transforming operations using LEAN and Six Sigma techniques and leading the deployment of new IT based capabilities.
Marc holds a Master’s degree cum laude from the University of Chicago, with an undergraduate degree from Cornell University.
John Hierholzer is Vice President of Operations and Infrastructure on the MasterCard North America Market Development team. In this role, he is responsible for defining and driving technology enhancements to improve processing efficiencies. He is also responsible for supporting the rollout of new technologies such as MasterPass, MasterCard Digital Enable Service, Tokenization and BIN expansion in an effort to expand acceptance, cardholder benefits and security of the MasterCard network.
Previously, John was a member of the Global Proxy Office. He also played a key role in MasterCard’s initial public offering and helped facilitate MasterCard’s transition to become a publicly traded company.
In the Group Manager role, Caroley Parsons is responsible for orchestrating the efforts of the National Account Management Team to ensure unparalleled service levels, focusing on building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients specializing in retail, catalog, Internet, and other multi-channel businesses to our top tier customers.
Karen Coffey has been a payments industry enthusiast for over 18 years. Karen’s roles have included client management, training, consulting and strategic planning.
Doug joined Vindicia in 2009 and he currently runs their Customer Success practice. His teams span all aspects of customer on-boarding, technical support, and revenue optimization, and they specialize in guiding clients through the evolving world of card not present payments and the membership economy. Doug’s prior career spans 20+ years in billing and payments, including Openwave Systems, Portal Software, and Accenture, as well as leading technology development at several early-stage start-ups.
Layne LaBadie is Vice President of Business Development and National Account Management for JCB International Credit Card Co., Ltd. She has over 20 years of experience in the payments industry. Her current responsibilities include Relationship Management, Marketing and growing JCB card acceptance for major accounts in Electronic Commerce, Retail, and Travel and Entertainment.
With 10 years of international payments experience working alongside Netflix and many other global eCommerce companies, John manages new business in the U.S. with a talented team of payment professionals who understand the needs of today’s global online businesses.
